I built this app using photogrammetry, a technique in which hundreds of still photos are stitched together into 3D models. As you can imagine, the files are quite large, so they might take a minute to load on phones (it's the nature of the beast...I can't make the files any smaller without ruining the integrity of the models). The AR versions work best when you point your phone at an open patch of floor.
